Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you play a crucial role in extracting insights from complex datasets to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

With a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, you transform raw data into actionable insights that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Main Resposnibilities

• SQL Database Management:
• Build and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
• Oversee the maintenance of databases and coordinate with data engineers to address any performance issues.
• optimizing data performance.
• Handling all data extraction requests by creating queries on our SQL database.
• Data Extraction and Visualization:
• Develop and implement efficient data extraction processes from various sources.
• Create visually appealing and insightful data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Apply data visualization best practices to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Additional Duties:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Working closely with the planning/performance team.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the field of data analytics.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of data for decision-making at all levels.

Who you are!

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• It's preferred to have tech startup experience.
• 2-3 Years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL database management.
• The ability to use data visualization using tools such as Python, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python coding for data analytics and automation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
